NRG Commercial Brokerage Fees are based on the size and type of the property provided and range from 1% to 10% or more of the sales price. Commissions depend on the agreement with the buyer and seller. America’s Best Property Management Fees are based on the size and type of the property. Fees range from $99-$200 per month with one-time fees being $400-$1.000. National One Mortgage Fees are based on the size and type of loan provided and range from 0% to 2.75% or more of the loan amount. Interest rates fluctuate based on market conditions, the type of loan, and the size of loan. Rates and are adjusted often to reflect market conditions and a current quote should be obtained. You are under no obligation to use any of the entities with which National One Mortgage Corporation has a business relationship. You may select a provider of your choice to provide the services offered by such entities. You may be able to obtain these services at a lower rate by shopping with others providers.
